Dear Miss Jinx, I was shocked when I got an out-of-state ticket for driving my pickup ALONE in a carpool lane. I never heard of no law like this. Do many states have this law?

Dear Drivin' Alone, You must have been in a big city, 'cause many big cities have this law. How many states? Miss Jinx doesn't know the answer to that, but we sure would like to know if a hearse carrying a corpse can drive in the carpool lane?
